Support at Home
The Support at Home Program is a new initiative from the Australian Government that provides government funding to eligible older Australians over 65, so you can access support services at home.
It combines several current in-home care programs into one streamlined and fair system, designed to help older Australians remain living independently in their own homes for longer with the right level of support.
The new program commences 1 November 2025 and will replace the Home Care Packages program and Short-Term Restorative Care program.
